No Accounts, and No Health Information
Jeo does not offer accounts. You do not register, log in, or create a profile to use anything on this site, and there is nothing here for you to sign up for.
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal health information. In particular, we never receive your blood glucose readings, ketone readings, symptoms, temperatures, medicines, prescriptions, doses, appointments, or the name of anyone on your care team.
The Sick-Day Plan and Sick-Day Log
The plan and log on this site are blank templates meant to be printed and filled in on paper, or filled in on screen and printed. Anything you type into them stays in your own browser, on your own device. It is not uploaded to this site, not saved on our servers, not visible to us, and not shared with anyone else. Closing or reloading the page discards it.
Because none of it reaches us, we cannot retrieve, restore, or delete what you entered. Keep your own copy — print it, or write it out by hand.
Please do not email us your readings, symptoms, medicines, or any other health details. If you write to us, tell us about the page, not about your illness.
Information We Collect
